I will be on Maternity leave from July 24th though till October 1st.  Kristin will be taking over Tuesday mornings, Alyson Thursday mornings, and Siobhan Friday mornings.</p>
<p>Our new Class description:<br />
Tuesday 5:00pm-Body Barre Method Class- Siobhan<br />
Based upon the Lotte Berk Method (trademarked), this one hour class takes you through the motions of yoga and pilates with a significant emphasis on ballet barre work to produce long, lean muscles and a solid strong core. All levels welcome and ballet bars are used.</p>
