5pm- Body Barre Method Class- Siobhan

6pm- Essential reformer class- Kristin

7pm- Intermediate reformer class- Kristin

Wednesday

9:00am- Intermediate reformer class- Kristin

6:30pm- Core Strength AND reformer class- Linda

 

Thursday

9:00am- Intermediate reformer class- Alyson

5pm- Essential/Intermediate reformer class- Brenda

Friday

8am- Intermediate/Advanced reformer class- Nadine

9:15am- Core Strength pilates on all small equipment, all levels- Nadine

Saturday

8:00am- Intermediate reformer/jump class- Kristin, Linda, Alyson

9:15am- Core Strength pilates on all small equipment- Kristin, Linda, Alyson

 

Please call to schedule private lessons and duets. Classes run on an 10 week schedule. If you cannot make your assigned class, you are allowed to make it up in another class.
